Would You Benefit from a Judicial Appeal?
You could gain by taking your property tax appeal all the way to the court appeal stage, depending on the value of your property. O'Connor oversees the management of court appeals, which includes filing costs, expert witness reports, and the provision and payment of legal counsel. Unless your property taxes are lowered in court below the level of the Appraisal Review Board (ARB), you don't have to pay anything. If you sign up for O'Connor's Property Tax Protection Program™, your account will be appealed to the greatest level possible each year. O'Connor will handle the binding arbitration or court appeal for property that satisfies minimum requirements as part of the Property Tax Protection Program™. We pay for everything, even the costs of binding arbitration. Unless your taxes are lowered below the ARB threshold, you make no payment.
