Would You Benefit from a Judicial Appeal?
You might gain from taking your property tax appeal all the way to the court appeal stage, depending on the value of your property. O'Connor oversees the administration of judicial appeals, handling the hiring and payment of attorneys, expert witness reports, and filing costs. Unless your property taxes are lowered in a judicial appeal below the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) level, you don't have to pay anything. Participate in the Property Tax Protection Program™, and every year O'Connor will file an appeal to the highest level for your account. O'Connor will oversee the binding arbitration or court appeal for properties that satisfy the requirements as part of the Property Tax Protection Program™. We pay for everything, including binding arbitration fees; unless your taxes are lowered below the ARB threshold, you won't be responsible for anything.
