Would You Benefit from a Judicial Appeal?
Contingent on the value of the property, pursuing a property tax appeal with O’Connor to the judicial appeal level may be advantageous. O'Connor oversees the coordination of expert witness testimony, judicial appeals, payment and provision of legal representation, and payment. You do not incur any costs unless your property taxes are reduced in a judicial appeal below the threshold set by the Appraisal Review Board (ARB). Participate annually in the Property Tax Protection Program™. By joining the program, O'Connor will escalate your account appeal to the highest level. As part of the program, O'Connor will oversee the coordination of binding arbitration and/or judicial appeal for properties that meet the minimum requirements. Every cost is borne by us, including the costs of binding arbitration. You have no liability to O'Connor unless your property tax is reduced to less than the ARB threshold.
