Dallas County Appraisal District 2022 Houses Property Tax Protest Summary
With a total value of $221 billion in residential property in Dallas County, homeowners protested $60 billion worth of homes within the Dallas Central Appraisal District (CAD) in 2022. A full 27% of houses were protested based on Dallas CAD noticed value. Compared to owners of ordinary houses, owners of more costly homes are more inclined to protest.
