Collin County Appraisal District 2022 Property Tax Protest



Property owners in the Collin Central Appraisal District (CAD) reduced their property taxes by $226 million, which included hearings before the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) and informal. Judicial appeal savings, which added $22 million to savings in 2022, are not included in this.
