Data Programs

Apartment
Detailed information is available for over 3,200 apartment complexes in the Houston/Galveston area. Primary research is conducted on a quarterly basis. The statistics generated from our surveys document current rental rates by unit, unit mix, occupancy rates, current inventory and projected inventory (properties proposed and under construction). Additionally, we maintain owner and management information (address and telephone numbers), property values and sale information (sale date, price, price per square foot, price per unit). Historical apartment information (rental rates, occupancy, etc.) is available dating back to December 1993.

Office
Detailed information is available for approximately 1,900 buildings comprising approximately 200 million square feet of space. Primary research is conducted on a quarterly basis. The statistics generated from our surveys document current rental rates, occupancy rates, current inventory and projected inventory (properties proposed and under construction). Additionally, we maintain information on owner, management and leasing (address and telephone numbers), property values and sale information (sale date, price, and price per square foot). Historical office information (rental rates, occupancy, etc.) is available dating back to January 1991.

Retail
Detailed information is available for over 2,000 buildings comprising over 130 million square feet of space. Primary research is conducted on a quarterly basis. The statistics generated from our surveys document current rental rates, occupancy rates, tenants and tenant square footage, current inventory and projected inventory (properties proposed and under construction).

Additionally, we maintain information on owner, management and leasing (address and telephone numbers), property values and sale information (sale date, price, price per square foot). Historical retail information (rental rates, occupancy, etc.) is available dating back to December 1990.

Industrial
Detailed information is available for over 5,600 buildings comprising over 270 million square feet of space. Primary research is conducted on a quarterly basis. The statistics generated from our surveys document current rental rates, occupancy rates, current inventory, projected inventory (properties proposed and under construction). Additionally, we maintain information on owner, management and leasing (address and telephone numbers), property features such as clearing heights and rail service, property values and sale information (sale date, price, and price per square foot). Historical industrial information (rental rates, occupancy, etc.) is available dating back to October 1992.
