Lupe Sosa, Data Quality and Service Coordinator
Lupe's primary responsibility is to analyze data and recommend technical corrections or enhancements, train staff and coordinate with researchers, programmers and call center staff to maintain quality and ensure timely completion of publication deadlines.  Lupe will also service the inbound needs of our clients and prospects.

Lupe has been with O'Connor & Associates for nearly three years and previously served as senior researcher in the Appraisal division.

Holly Kelch, Research Analyst
Holly specializes in maintaining the apartment data program ApartmentLink, O'Connor & Associates' most advanced and successful online data program. Holly is also involved in additional department publications and helping build and refine the retail, office and industrial data.

Holly has been with O'Connor & Associates for three and a half years.

Scott Sherrill, Business Development
Scott focuses on business development and online promotion. His role includes developing new business relationships and clients for the market research departments data programs, including Oconnordata, Commercial Deed Report, and the forthcoming Commercial Real Estate Chronicles, which will offer news information on transactions across Texas.

Scott has been with O'Connor and Associates for more than three years and also serves as the company's director of marketing.
